I feel so lucky to have spent the last 50 yrs doing what I love and am passionate about. I have held a wide variety of positions from teaching to owning and operating a children's center. I retired from CCR&R where I was an Early Childhood/Business Consultant and QRIS Specialist working with Family Providers with everything from starting up their business to helping set up environments. I am a Master Trainer and was a trainer for the Directors Credential cohorts and BAB-Building a Business from their beginnings. Last year I came out of retirement to temporarily work with Oregon Child Care Alliance as a Business coach.

I am passionate about supporting child care providers in the most important work they do. I am very excited to be part of PRO and their mission to provide support, training and resources.
